I found Linh Thai when I was at a very low point in my life. For years, I was stuck in a cycle I couldn’t get out of. I knew I needed to get help but I had heard so many stories about the juddgement and impersonal treatment others would get in the typical clinical setting, especially in its approach to mental health. However, from the very beginning, I was comfortable with Linh Thai. I felt so seen and heard, and not once did I feel like my feelings or experiences were invalidated. In the short time that I’ve been working with her, I have noticed a drastic change in both my life and within myself. I never thought I’d get to the point where I could say I was genuinely happy and proud of who I am, yet it’s only been 4-5 months from when I started and I feel like a completely different person. My session with Linh was deeply healing, intuitive and I felt very nurtured in her presence and with the energy permeating the room, her hands and on my body. I lost track of time during the session, and found myself feeling very tranquil. Linh spends time in the beginning to determine what you would like to work on. At this stage she carefully collates many complex emotions and thoughts (from the client: me) and transforms them into a succinct single phrase to create a single-focused intention in the healing. Sometimes we do not have clarity in what we want, or wish to heal exactly, or empower in ourselves, but Linh has a way to clarify our muddled thoughts/feelings with her healing tools, her experience, and focused mind - in order to proceed deep into the Sekhem healing on the massage bed.  After the session, I felt lightheaded and full of hope and more courage to go forward with my truth and goals. That was the objective - to clear blockages and allow my truthful self to emerge without so much fear. And Linh certainly facilitated this process in a way that is still unravelling today, bit by bit. It is not a miracle or magic session, but a dialogue between Linh, her Guides, the energy and wisdom of Sekhem, and me/the client on the table. It is also not a quick-fix healing modality, but a way to access the deeper parts of ourselves that most of us cannot and do not know how to do.  These unconscious parts are what drive us and the Higher realms are what protect us and can work through us if we let them! Linh accessed these parts for me, and was able to detect blocks in mind/body and spirit, and carefully addressed those parts and more to create balance.  I am forever grateful for Linh's sessions, which also opened my conscious mind to realise that when you are open, Spirit, Source, call it what you want, can work through you. I have been having Sekhem healing with Linh for approx 3 years and I cannot even begin to tell you the changes within my body, my psyche and my mind. I was very Ill and this has been a labour of love for linh to get me to a place of healing. She put endless energy and time into helping me heal layer by layer. I was at a place where death was imminent for me and I was giving up. I still have a way to go but the worst is over. She helped me heal myself. My body responded gently to the healing energy. When on the table, you feel like you’re in a cocoon of Devine love. I can’t explain it any other way. I feel good, I have dreams and plans for the future..most of my physical pain has gone.
